How is the billing information
displayed on my bank/Credit Card statement?
If you sign up for membership, or downloadable video files through
Paymonde then the name that will appear on your Credit Card statement
is PISOSUPPORT.COM. If you paid for your subscription via our
All Other Credit Card Button or via CCBILL 900, then the name
ccbill.com along with their phone number will appear on your statement.
If you paid for your subscription in Euro, Pound Sterling, or
through our alternative US Dollar Credit Card processor, then
the name that will appear on your Credit Card statement is Euro
Order.

and password for instant access.

How long do I have to wait to
receive a movie after purchasing one?
It depends on your Method of Payment if you paid VIA or instant
ONLINE options, your Movie will be mailed within 7 business days
after your order is received and it usually take 4-8 weeks to
be delivered after it has been mailed.
If you paid for your movie Via CASH, it will be mailed the following
day, and it usually takes 4-8 weeks to be delivered.
If you you paid for your movie via MONEY ORDER, your movie will
not be mailed until your funds has been released to us via our
Bank which usually takes 8 weeks, after which your movie will
be mailed, and it usually takes 4-8 weeks to be delivered.
